Based in Thanet, East Kent, we are one of the longest established brokers in the area. Since 1969 we have been delivering excellent service and most importantly, competitive premiums.
We are a small, family run business with a large loyal customer base which we pride ourselves on. We are here to help you with any queries you should have.
Insurance is a fierce industry and in order for us to maintain our reputation, we have become a member of Broker Network, a larger broker network group. This has opened up exclusive agencies, enabling us to offer you an even wider range of policies and most importantly competitive cover.

Ian – Owner / Manager

Ian has worked here for 25 years.
Since his dad, Alan retired in December ’23, Ian has taken over as manager and works with our commercial clients and day to day running of the office.
Ian enjoys sport, in particular football and is an avid Arsenal supporter. Loves sports cars and racing and enjoys a trip to Silverstone.
Broke 2 ribs falling off an inflatable banana boat ride…May also have a man crush on Ryan Reynolds!
Amanda – Sales, Marketing & New Business

Amanda started working here as an apprentice when she was 18. When Amanda & Ian married, she left to look after their 3 children and is now back, dealing with our social media, rebranding and new business clients.
A keen baker and makes a wicked Viennese Whirl
– a firm office fave!
Will kill any houseplant left in her care but continues to buy them anyway!
Naomi – Senior Insurance Advisor

Naomi has worked here for 8 years and deals with both our personal and commercial clients. She joined us after leaving the hospitality industry in a management capacity.
She has a new found love for fitness and you’ll often find her at the gym. She enjoys live shows and entertainment and her favorite band is The 1975.
Her not so secret celeb crush is Arnold Schwarzenegger!!!
Mollie – Trainee / Apprentice

Mollie joined us fresh from school in August ’23.
We are thrilled that she will be staying & doing her apprenticeship with us.
Mollie deals with all things personal lines;
Motor, Household & Travel.
She is learning to drive and pulls a good pint but most importantly, has the best office snack drawer!
